CHIEF COMPLAINT: A 70 year old female who is a housewife by occupation came to OPD with chief complaints of decreased appetite since 1 month HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Patient was asymptomatic 1 month back, then she started to loose her appetite. Daily routine: She wakes up at 6:00 am and do the household chores and complete her breakfast. She eat chapatti for breakfast. And rice for lunch and dinner.
