I have been given this case in order to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of patient's clinical data analysis to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data and come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. CHIEF COMPLAINT: A 40 year old male who is a daily laborer by profession came to OPD with a chief complaint of : -pain in the abdomen since 1 day. -fever with chills since 1 day. -nausea since 1 day.
