70 y/o female came with chief complaint of loss of appetite since 1 month

This is an online E log platform to discuss our patient's de-identified health data shared after taking his/her/guardian's signed, informed consent. I have been given this case in order to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of patient's clinical data analysis to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data and come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. CHIEF COMPLAINT: A 70 year old female who is a housewife by occupation came to OPD with chief complaints of decreased appetite since 1 month HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Patient was asymptomatic 1 month back, then she started to loose her appetite. Daily routine: She wakes up at 6:00 am and do the household chores and complete her breakfast. She eat chapatti for breakfast. And rice for lunch and dinner.
