Smoking, an ultimate cause for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
This is an E log book to discuss our patient's de-identified health data shared after taking his guardian's signed informed consent. Here we discuss our individual patient problems through series of inputs from available global online community of experts with an aim to solve those patient's clinical problems with collective current best evidence based inputs. CHIEF COMPAINT: A 62 year old male who is a farmer by occupation came to OPD with the chief complaint of: -shortness of breath since 3 months -cough with sputum since 3 days -fever occasionally (on&off) HOPI: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 year back, then he developed shortness of breath for which he was taken to private hospital and was Rx with nebulization and oxygen and was relieved.
